We manage a 7 story parking garage at 220 East 8th Street.  Parking in the CBD is in high demand.  Our facility has one of the lowest rates in town.

The 220 East 8th Street Garage is located at the NW corner of  the intersection of East 8th and San Jacinto Streets. Our parking tenants come from Congress Avenue to the west, the Capitol from the north, Red River Street to the east and 6th Street from the south. We are adjacent to the Central Presbyterian Church and across the street from The J.J. Pickle Federal building and the Omni Hotel.  We are conveniently located near the Austin Convention Center, the Capital Complex and Austin's vibrant downtown venues.

Garage Parking Details:

  • Month-to-month and term agreements up to 12 months
  • $160.00 per space plus applicable city of Austin sales tax
  • Parking spaces are first-come, first-serve
  • Access card that allows you to come and go as many times during the day as needed
  • Parking spaces can be accessed 24 / 7 
  • Security features include cameras, locked stairwell door,  security patrol after hours, rolling gate at entrance for after hours
