Our story
Robert Hemphill began his real estate career during the early eighties in Dallas, Texas with the Swearingen Management Company The Swearingen company at that time was one of the top Dallas Real Estate firms.
Bob moved to Austin in 1986 while working for the Dallas based Industrial Developer Smith Allen. This was during the down turn and we actually built several buildings.
In 2003, he started his own Real Estate Company.
