Robert H. Hemphill
Robert began his real estate career during the early eighties in Dallas, Texas joining the Swearingen Management Company in 1983. The Swearingen company at that time was one of the top Dallas Real Estate firms. His ten years of working in the Dallas area included being a project leasing agent for Kelly Lundeen and managing the Atrium Office Building in Las Colinas.
Robert moved to Austin in 1993. While working for Republic Commercial Properties, he landed the FDIC portfolio in downtown Austin which he leased and managed for many years.
Robert earned a CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 1999. CCIM is a professional designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute which ensures the education and professionalism of its members. Through the CCIM network, The Robert R. Hemphill Company is affiliated with over 4,000 offices worldwide providing us the means to manage transactions outside of Central Texas.
In June of 2003 he started his own Real Estate Company fulfilling his goal since high school "to own my own company." Although the real estate market here in Austin was declining at this writing, Robert has no regrets!
